Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to define and implement sales strategy, lead and develop a high-performing team, build strategic client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Key responsibilities: forecasting, pipeline management, cross-functional collaboration, hiring and coaching, and performance measurement.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in B2B sales, 3+ years in sales leadership, a proven track record of exceeding targets, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree.
