Job Description
We are seeking a Key Account Specialist to cultivate and expand strategic client relationships, maximize revenue from assigned accounts, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Acting as the primary liaison for key customers, you will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop account plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B account management or sales
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on long-term partnership development
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency with CRM tools and MS Excel required
