Job Description

SM Retail is seeking a full-time, in-person Retail Sales Supervisor to manage daily store operations, back-end processes, and team performance. The supervisor will set and communicate individual sales targets and promotions, monitor inventory and deliveries, identify stock issues, inspect items for transfer/RTV and complete MMS documentation, control operating expenses and supplies, and oversee staff attendance, scheduling, leave, and policy compliance.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field;
• Minimum 2 years supervising store operations and people management;
• Sales-oriented, personable, creative, with strong communication skills.
