Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Associate/Executive with 2–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or logistics sectors. The ideal candidate possesses excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, is highly motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work on-site.
- Understand and represent our products and services; conduct customer research to match solutions to needs.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective sales and marketing execution.
- Generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, and manage a disciplined daily call schedule.
- Develop territory plans using data analysis and refine sales techniques based on field results.
Full-time, permanent. Salary Php18,00–22,00/month plus 13th month pay, commissions, performance bonuses, annual increases, health and life insurance, additional leave, on-site parking, company events, and promotion opportunities.
