Job Description
The NOC Supervisor oversees daily Network Operations Center activities, ensuring continuous monitoring, availability, and reliability of network infrastructure and services. This leadership role manages incident response, enforces SLAs/OLAs, and coordinates with Engineering, Field Operations, and Customer Support.
- Manage 24/7 monitoring, incident lifecycle, escalations, and maintenance windows.
- Supervise NOC staff: scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and compliance.
- Maintain documentation, KPIs, reports, and adherence to ITIL/ISO standards.
Full-time, in-person. Salary Php30,00–35,00/month. Benefits include additional leave, flextime, 1–2 WFH days/week, annual increases, and promotion opportunities.
Requirements
