Job Description
We are seeking a formal, customer-focused Branch Customer Relations Specialist to provide end-to-end support for loan inquiries, requests, and complaints at our Cabuyao, Laguna branch. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field and has 6–12 months of customer service experience.
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and SMS for loan balances, prospect inquiries, payment arrangements, and document releases.
- Assist customers visiting the branch and coordinate with internal departments to resolve concerns.
- Participate in customer retention and CRM activities and prepare related reports.
- On-site, full-time, permanent position.
