Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and grow our recruitment team. In this role you will design and execute sourcing strategies, manage end-to-end hiring and the ATS, track recruitment metrics, and coach recruiters to deliver a positive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, enhance employer branding, ensure compliance, and streamline processes to reduce time-to-fill.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in talent acquisition with team leadership experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
