Job Description
Better Components, Inc. seeks a full-time, in-person Store Supervisor to oversee showroom operations and coordinate field installations. The role includes preparing bids, conducting client inquiries and site visits, managing inventory, evaluating staff performance, producing reports, and ensuring policy compliance.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of sound systems or musical instruments; basic electronics helpful
- Leadership, sales, administrative experience, and strong communication skills
- Customer-service focused and computer literate
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 1 year in audio/instrument sales or store management preferred
Salary: Php12,00–14,00/month.
