Job Description
iQor Philippines is hiring a full-time, in-person Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to deliver professional assistance via phone, email, and chat. Duties include addressing customer inquiries in Spanish and English, explaining products and policies, processing orders and returns, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements: fluency in Spanish and English, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and CRM proficiency. Prior customer service or call-center experience is preferred. Flexible schedule required, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Salary: Php40,00–60,00/month
