Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a permanent, full-time retail location. The successful candidate will drive sales and foot traffic, uphold merchandising and visual standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff; ensure policy compliance
- Analyze sales trends, resolve operational issues, and implement improvements
- Maintain organized store presentation and customer-focused service
Requirements: proven retail management experience, strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, customer-centric mindset; Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
