Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Consultant to cultivate strong client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure long-term satisfaction. The role oversees onboarding, delivers training, resolves issues, and gathers feedback to improve product value.
- Lead customer onboarding and training; serve as the primary escalation contact.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
- Leverage CRM tools to monitor engagement, track outcomes, and report insights.
Requirements: 2+ years in a client-facing role, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience with CRM platforms.
