Job Description
ActivAsia Inc. seeks a Field Merchandising Supervisor to lead and develop a team of refillers and ensure consistent compliance with client merchandising standards. This role emphasizes quality execution of shelf facing, product placement, POS/POSM installation, stock rotation, pricing accuracy, and timely inventory reporting.
- Coach, set performance targets, and monitor productivity to minimize absenteeism and tardiness.
- Assess performance, recommend replacements for underperforming staff, and maintain training standards.
- Prepare and submit trade inventory, price surveys, and ad‑hoc reports on schedule.
- Coordinate merchandising activities across accounts and cultivate professional relationships with account supervisors and managers.
- Job Type: Full-time; Work Location: In-person; Expected Start Date: 07/14/2025.
