Job Description
Pan Asia Resources PH Inc. seeks a full-time BPO Collections Agent for an in-person role at Northgate, Alabang. Compensation starts at Php26,00/month with a Php35,00 signing bonus for candidates who join on November 28, plus incentives, night differential, and paid training.
- Requirements: 2nd-year college undergraduate; minimum one year of BPO collections experience.
- Responsibilities: contact customers, negotiate and collect payments, maintain and update records, and meet collection targets.
- Skills: strong verbal communication and basic computer proficiency. Prefer candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
