Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Sales and Service Coordinator to support water filtration sales and field service operations in Quezon City. The role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, scheduling installations and filter replacements, coordinating technicians, and processing warranties.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales support or service coordination; water treatment, HVAC, or technical backgrounds preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency; basic knowledge of water filtration systems is a plus.
- Proactive, customer-focused team player able to multitask and ensure seamless handoffs between sales and service.
Salary: Php18,00–Php22,00 monthly. Permanent position.
