Job Description
Transparent BPO, Inc. seeks a full-time Sales Representative for our Greenhills, San Juan City facility. Applicants should have at least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience, a high school diploma (college preferred), excellent English, Windows proficiency, and strong multitasking, typing, listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Responsibilities: upsell services, document transactions, escalate issues, and provide value-based solutions with professionalism, organization, and effective call resolution.
