Job Description

Fast Play Leisure is seeking a CRM Manager to design and implement data-driven campaigns that boost engagement, retention, and revenue in online gaming. You will analyze customer data for segmentation and personalization; manage automated campaigns end-to-end; collaborate with Market Leaders and Affiliate Marketing; train customer service teams on CRM tools; evaluate service experience; identify sales opportunities; and report on customer behavior.

• Requirements: 5+ years of CRM experience in iGaming, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, excellent customer-service skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, familiarity with sales/marketing software, and flexibility to work shifts.
