Job Description
Capgemini Engineering is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Process Lead based in Manila. As a Business Advisor, you will collaborate with clients to define strategic vision, understand user and stakeholder needs, and translate those insights into target processes and business requirements for current and future solutions.
- Lead meetings and workshops to elicit and document business requirements.
- Develop process and data models across project phases.
- Ensure alignment between processes, data, and required capabilities.
