Waltermart Supermarket is excited to announce an opening for the position of Assistant Store Head at our branches located in WalterMart Trece Martires, WalterMart Carmona, and WalterMart Supermarket Visayas Ave. We are looking for candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a supermarket or food establishment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales growth, maintaining exceptional customer service, managing inventory levels, and fostering team development.
