Job Description
Probe CX is on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) to uphold the quality of our processes, services, and customer interactions. The QA’s primary function is to identify areas for improvement through meticulous quality checks, thereby enhancing banking services, minimizing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include elevating customer satisfaction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support via phone, email, and live chat, preferably within the banking sector. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS and Google Suite applications is essential.
