Job Description
WalterMart Community Malls is seeking a qualified Building Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. We have multiple branches, including WalterMart Guiguinto, Malolos, Plaridel, and Balanga. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the fast food sector.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional operational standards. Key responsibilities include managing indirect plantilla postings, conducting mall clearances, facilitating tenant openings and closings, preparing for mall activation, performing safety and security checks, conducting facilities inspections, managing transport logistics, overseeing pest control, and maintaining compliance with Gold CSC standards.
