DoubleDragon’s Hotel101 Davao is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management or a related field, coupled with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Your key responsibilities will involve effectively resolving customer complaints, responding to feedback, and ensuring that our service standards are upheld for exceptional guest interactions. Proficiency in MS Office and OPERA is crucial, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
