Job Description
Shopee is seeking a skilled Hub Lead to manage our operations in Manila, Philippines. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing daily hub activities to ensure efficiency from the initial product search by the buyer through to delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, and a strong background in e-commerce fulfillment. This position requires leadership skills to guide a team, a commitment to driving continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to maintain our high operational standards.
