Job Description
Home Credit is excited to announce an opening for a Payments Operator in Quezon City as part of our ongoing growth initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for daily Transaction Level Reconciliation, managing ADA Enrollment forms, and addressing escalated concerns. Your expertise will also be essential in handling payment advisories and serving as the Subject Matter Expert on Payments and Disbursements.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Collections and Payments, with a strong understanding of AMLA, DPA, and regulatory compliance.
