Job Description
MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy is actively seeking a committed On-board Training Coordinator to oversee the On-board Training (OBT) process for our cadets. Key responsibilities include monitoring cadet enrollment and assessments, conducting home visits, liaising with shipping partners and training centers, as well as assisting with OBT-related inquiries and documentation.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Transportation or Engineering, hold an Officer-in-Charge (OIC) license, and preferably have experience in both land-based and onboard settings. This is a full-time, on-site position.
