In this position, you will engage with customers via live chat to assist with their hotel booking inquiries, delivering outstanding service and effective solutions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will guide customers through the reservation process, address their queries, and facilitate a seamless booking experience.
