Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our Legal Department. In this role, you will assist our attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting and analyzing documents, and providing vital administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law, Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, or related fields; Juris Doctor candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with labor laws, legal codes, government regulations, and contract drafting is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Paralegal is required.
- Must be available immediately and willing to work in Marikina City.
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal and corporate documents.
- Conduct research and perform due diligence.
- Handle legal communications and oversee document notarization.
