Job Description
Izo and Simone Builders Inc is actively seeking a committed Executive Office Manager to deliver exceptional administrative and office management support. The successful candidate will assist the CEO by preparing reports, managing confidential documents, and organizing executive events. This role also involves overseeing daily office operations, managing budgets, and implementing policies to enhance organizational efficiency. Additionally, the Executive Office Manager will maintain company records and support HR and Finance with essential administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or Office Administration, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, and Google Meet are essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively.
