Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Visit Enablement Analyst to provide essential logistical support for client visits. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination of venues, transportation, catering, materials, and technology resources.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor logistics progress as outlined in the Workplan.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Arrange suitable venues aligned with the visit agenda.
- Oversee visitor badge issuance, meal arrangements, and transportation services.
- Gather feedback post-visit and track related expenses.
Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, along with 1–2 years of experience in client visit management or logistics coordination.
