Job Description
About Us: Transparent BPO is a premier provider of contact center BPO services dedicated to enhancing customer experiences.
Schedule: This position requires availability from Wednesday to Saturday, 10 PM to 7 AM (Nightshift).
Location: The first 6 months will be on-site at GH Tower Greenhills, San Juan, with the opportunity for remote work based on performance afterward.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate appointments, and assist with client interactions. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Benefits: We offer a supportive team environment, a transition to remote work after 6 months, and a competitive salary ranging from Php 30,00.00 to Php 38,00.00 per month.
