Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Health & Benefits Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will analyze and manage employee health and benefit programs while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating health plans, analyzing benefits costs, and offering recommendations to improve employee satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with HR and management to implement effective strategies that support our workforce.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in health benefits analysis is highly preferred.
