Job Description
Join the prestigious team at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, a landmark in the heart of Fort Bonifacio. We are currently seeking a talented Kitchen Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our kitchen equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining essential kitchen machinery, including walk-in chillers, ice cream machines, and ovens, under the guidance of our Shift Engineer. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international hotel setting and preferably hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in English, a creative approach, and a meticulous attention to detail are vital for success in this position.
