Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Support Analyst to join our APAC Shift team. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service and technical support to clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Your primary responsibilities will consist of diagnosing product issues, providing effective solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and improve product performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and relevant experience in customer support. A technical background is advantageous.
