GlobalQuest is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform the following responsibilities:
- Moderate our website, create visuals, and conceptualize designs.
- Engage with customers through crafting captions, responding to inquiries, and organic posting.
- Coordinate enrollments and orders via online platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
- Manage customer inquiries related to shipping and FAQs.
- Analyze social media audiences and derive insights.
The preferred qualifications include a degree in Advertising, Media, or Art, a minimum of one year of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills.
