GlobalQuest is currently looking for dedicated Contact Centre Executives to join our team and elevate our customer service experience. The ideal candidates will actively engage with customers, address their inquiries, and efficiently resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to a wide range of customer needs and questions.
- Provide accurate information during every interaction.
- Maintain a professional and positive service image.
Qualifications:
- Holder of a 4-year degree.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre environment.
- Experience in Medical Insurance is a plus.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
