Job Description
Position Purpose: The CX Supervisor will oversee the activities of CX Analysts, focusing on transaction quality through call monitoring and auditing while ensuring that quality metrics align with the Operations team.
Essential Functions: Key responsibilities include selecting, training, and evaluating team members, monitoring quality standards, analyzing escalated customer issues, and generating reports. This role also involves driving team performance metrics and fostering strong relationships with the Operations Team.
Requirements: Candidates must have completed a minimum of 2 years of college, possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in BPO, and show a willingness to work night shifts in Quezon City.
