Job Description
Samsung Electronics is actively seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Lead to oversee our organization’s capability development initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will analyze training needs, create comprehensive learning roadmaps, and implement effective learning interventions. Your key responsibilities will include formulating L&D strategies, managing project execution, and assessing the efficacy of learning solutions. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in training design. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This position is located on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig.
