Job Description
Job Objectives: To achieve the highest level of customer service satisfaction through efficient management of warehouse and logistics operations.
Major Functions:
Warehouse Operations:
- Implement inventory control measures for accuracy.
- Maximize productivity with effective resource management.
- Ensure products meet company standards.
- Enforce safety protocols for a safe work environment.
Logistics Operations:
- Plan daily routes and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate with teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
- Manage logistics budgets and develop strategic plans.
