Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated BPO Administrative Operations Associate to enhance our team. The successful candidate will conduct daily reviews, audits, and updates of our payroll system (ADP). Additionally, this role involves investigating payroll discrepancies and ensuring the timely submission of information to our corporate payroll department.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or higher, strong communication abilities, and prior payroll experience is preferred. Candidates must exhibit excellent organizational skills and possess intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and Access. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial to meet payroll deadlines.
