Job Description
Job Description:
- Conduct thorough research to identify, analyze, and negotiate commercial leases.
- Prepare and submit permitting applications while engaging in negotiations with local governmental entities.
- Secure lease agreements through negotiations with landowners.
- Address and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
- Track the progress of Site Acquisition and Permitting activities.
- Ensure the feasibility and practicality of project plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions.
- Understanding of end-to-end Site Acquisition and Permitting processes.
- Familiarity with ownership documentation.
- Experience in the Telecommunications or Construction industry is preferred.
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Starting at Php65,00 per month.
