Job Description

Raffles and Fairmont Makati, recognized for their exceptional hospitality in the vibrant city of Manila, are on the lookout for a dedicated Reservations Agent to enhance our team at ACCOR. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding room availability and rates, processing bookings efficiently, and maintaining precise record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera software are mandatory for success in this position.
