Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the HR Data and Reporting Unit, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of HR reports. Your key responsibilities will include training HR Data Reporting Analysts, analyzing HR metrics, and effectively managing stakeholder reporting needs.
The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of experience in HR reporting, demonstrate a strong understanding of HR metrics, and exhibit proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
