Job Description
Guerilla Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Invoicing Officer to join our dynamic team in Clark Freeport, Pampanga. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php 25,00 to Php 35,00, paired with an array of comprehensive benefits.
Work Schedule: Onsite | Monday to Friday | 6 AM – 3 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure precise cost allocation for each job.
- Collaborate with branch offices regarding invoicing inquiries.
- Manage the documentation necessary for invoice verification.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Engage effectively with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
