Job Description

Magic 8 and 8 Corporation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage incoming payments and ensure accurate bookkeeping records.

• Gather and verify invoices for documentation prior to payment.
• Maintain accounts receivable records for aging, credits, collections, and discrepancies.
• Update bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets as needed.
• Communicate with clients to request payments and arrange payment plans.
• Create reports illustrating profits and losses.
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
