Job Description
Enernova Co., Inc. is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers through chat communications. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, offering product information, assisting with order management, handling complaints, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements: Candidates should have prior experience in customer service, the ability to manage chat communications effectively, fast typing skills, a reliable internet connection, and a bachelor’s degree.
Compensation: Php500.00 per day.
