Job Description
Green Bar is in search of a highly skilled General Manager to lead our dedicated team and elevate our events program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional operational management abilities coupled with innovative event planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations with an emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze financial performance, including sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), and labor expenses.
- Inspire and lead staff to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Design and execute both in-house and offsite events that resonate with Green Bar’s brand identity.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of management experience in hospitality or events; strong financial acumen; a passion for plant-based food is advantageous.
Compensation: Starting from Php30,00.00/month, in addition to benefits.
