Job Description
Location: Upper McKinley Hill, Taguig City, Metro Manila
Experience: 1-3 years in IT Help Desk
Education: High School Diploma
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support through calls, emails, and support tickets.
- Troubleshoot issues related to wireless access points, printers, EMR systems, and various applications.
- Contribute to and maintain our knowledge base.
- Deliver clear and effective remote troubleshooting and guidance.
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of service desk support experience in the BPO industry.
- Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work night shifts and report onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
