1. Team Lead
Salary: Up to ₱50,00
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO environment (preferably within Healthcare)
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
2. Associate Manager – Quality
Salary: Up to ₱60,00
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-4 years of pertinent experience in a BPO setting
- Robust expertise in Quality and Process Improvement
