Job Description
CaldwellBPO Luzon is currently looking for a motivated Hotel Booking Back Office Agent to enhance our expanding team. We provide an exemplary benefits package that includes a competitive salary, health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage with dependents, flexible shift options, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established operational procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client guidelines.
- Deliver one-call resolutions while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- No prior BPO experience is necessary.
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
