Job Description
Saint Michael’s College of Laguna is currently seeking an IT Admin Support Associate to join our Information Technology Division. This full-time position entails providing comprehensive IT support to both staff and students, conducting user training sessions, and actively monitoring system performance.
The key responsibilities of this role include resolving service tickets, updating software, upgrading hardware, and meticulously documenting processes. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, demonstrate strong technical support skills, and have familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
