Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job: The primary objective is to develop new products and facilitate the industrialization of product-related innovations and renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate product development by overseeing standardization and implementation of compliant formulas, managing industrial trials, and ensuring accurate manufacturing documentation.
- Assess and modify factory recipes to maintain compliance while spearheading raw material specifications for infant formulas to meet legal and TNR standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements that lower costs and enhance quality, while providing technical support and fostering knowledge through training within the manufacturing department.
